The nozzle maintenance method of UV inkjet printer shutdown for less than 3 days is generally suitable for production companies that are on weekends or on weekends.

1. Someone is on duty: Squeeze ink once a day and automatically clean the nozzle once. If there is no automatic cleaning, you can manually wipe the surface of the nozzle with cleaning solution (if the UV coding machine has automatic flash spraying function, just turn on the automatic flash spraying function)

2. Unattended:

The nozzle is mounted on the equipment, the ink inlet end is pressurized to hang ink on the nozzle surface, and then a Teflon film is attached to the nozzle surface and stored (as shown below); or a sealed moisturizing device on the printing equipment is used to protect the nozzle.

Note:

Make sure that there is no air on the inner surface between the nozzle surface of the UV printer and the Teflon film;(If air is found, use non-woven fabrics, etc., and gently slide around the outer surface of the Teflon film to drive out the air.)
