What is the reason why the fonts printed by the laser coder are bent? If the bend is small and not careful, it is generally difficult to find, especially when large fonts are typed. This requires the user of the machine to pay more attention and make necessary inspections or random inspections after coding. Because if this phenomenon is allowed to continue, the laser coder will definitely cause a big problem, especially the problem with the mirror part of the print head.

The direct cause of the bent font is caused by inaccurate positioning of the galvanometer and shaking. The underlying causes of inaccurate positioning and jitter of the galvanometer are analyzed as follows:
1. Interference from the galvanometer signal, such as the signal ground and the earth of the signal line are not connected; there is interference close to the signal line and the Q drive RF line, and this interference can be detected by turning off the Q drive; the signal line is damaged, such as the shielding layer is damaged, etc.
2. There is a problem with the galvanometer itself. The potentiometer of the galvanometer, or the capacitor or other components are broken or the value has changed: there is a problem with the motor; the motor and the motor frame are not insulated.
3. The problem with the marking card is mainly a problem with the DA card, the DA card cannot be converted, or a problem with the large card.
4. Computer problems can be caused by software not installed properly, drivers not updated, drivers not installed completely, viruses in the computer, etc.
