1. Blow arm, which is suitable for top and side labeling methods. It is commonly used in products that are easily damaged, fragile, or have uneven surfaces, such as heat shrinkable film packaging. For products, blown up can be adhered to the surface of the product more closely. Label widths are 2 inches and 4 inches, 40-110 mm. The label length is 40-100mm, the labeling distance is 50-100mm, and the labeling speed is 100 sheets/minute.

2. Scraping arm (Wipe250/400/700). Scraping arm is often used for labeling the top, front, side and corner. Products coming from the assembly line are labeled on the front and side. Labels are available in 2 inches, 4 inches and 6 inches wide. The length of the label is 23mm-155mm, the labeling distance is 50-380mm, and the labeling speed is 60 sheets/minute.

3. Short push arm (TampS65) is suitable for top or side labeling. The advantage of short push arm is that the speed is very fast, such as labeling on some small cartons and packaging boxes and customers 'requirements for labeling speed. High assembly line. The width of the label is 2 inches, 4 inches and 6 inches. Because this is a short push arm, the labeling distance cannot exceed 57mm, and the labeling speed is 120 sheets/minute.
4. Long push arm (TampL250/450/700). The long push arm is used for relatively large labels or environmental sites where the labeling machine is relatively far away during installation.
5. CornerWrap, as it is called, is mainly used to stick corners. A large label can be stuck on the front to the side of the product to form a corner sticking method, like pharmaceutical companies. There is a requirement to stick a label on both sides.
There are also some labeling arms that are not commonly used, so I won't talk about them here. If you need it, you can communicate with us for the application and recommendation of selecting the arms.
