The small character inkjet printer uses continuous inkjet technology (Concontinuous Inkjet Printer), which uses the method of electrified deflection of ink to deflect ink dots out of the normal flight path and shoot them towards the surface of the target sprayed object to form a dot matrix, thereby forming words, numbers or graphics. The UV inkjet printer belongs to a high-resolution inkjet printer (a new type of inkjet printer). The piezoelectric inkjet printer uses Drop On Demand technology. The ink is not recycled, and the ink concentration is always the same. There is no need to add a thinner (solvent). The operating cost is lower than that of a small-character inkjet printer. Small-character inkjet printers are widely used for inkjet printing on food, beverages, pipes, pharmaceutical packaging, alcohol, cables, daily cosmetics, electronic components, PCB circuit boards and other products. The content suitable for inkjet printing is mainly consumption date, expiration date, shelf life, LOGO pattern, counters, time information, etc. The resolution of inkjet traceability QR codes is not high.

UV inkjet printers are loved by consumers in various application industries because of their ink characteristics. UV inkjet printers can be immediately dryly cured after being illuminated by an ultraviolet curing lamp. It has good stability and can complete inkjet marking on various materials. It can spray and print various variable data in real time online, including bar codes, QR codes, date and time, counters, LOGO, graphics, tables, databases, etc., and is widely used in food, medicine, daily chemical, label spray printing, card printing, packaging printing, medical, electronics, Hardware and other industries. The printing height of small character inkjet printers is generally between 1.3mm and 12mm. Many inkjet printer manufacturers will promote that their equipment can print a height of 18mm or 15mm. In fact, it is rarely reached during normal operation. Ordinary heights such as the nozzle will be too far away from the product, and the printed characters will be scattered. It seems that the quality of the printing effect will be greatly reduced, and the dot matrix may also be uneven, which will affect the quality of the product.
The printing height of a UV inkjet printer is much higher than that of a small-character inkjet printer. For example, a micro-embedded UV inkjet printer can reach 54mm without splicing. For example, the multi-nozzle splicing expansion can currently reach a maximum of 129.6mm, which can complete high-definition large-scale printing, and the QR code recognition rate of the sprayed printing is as high as over 99%, which is especially suitable for products requiring "anti-counterfeiting traceability, one object, one code". Compared with UV inkjet printers, the price of small character inkjet printers is relatively cheap. The price of a UV inkjet printer is 3-4 times that of a small character inkjet printer. The inks used by the two are also different. UV ink is an ink that requires ultraviolet light to dry. The ink concentration is always the same, and no thinner (solvent) is needed; small character ink is ordinary ink, and thinner is needed. Even if you don't turn it on, the ink will volatilize and decrease.
