The maintenance of handheld inkjet printers is a must. Today, I will give you the following three key points in the maintenance of handheld inkjet printers:

I. Clean and clean working environment
1. There are precision printing heads in the internal structure of the inkjet printer, so mechanical collisions and vibrations must be avoided during placement and daily use. Place the machine steadily.
2. Since the aperture size of the nozzle nozzle is equivalent to the dust floating in the space, if the working environment is too poor, the nozzle will be blocked. So keep the environment clean. Of course, many production workshops are unavoidable due to the products they produce, and of course there is no way to do it.
3. The working environment temperature of the inkjet printer should not be too high to prevent the mechanical parts and nozzles of the inkjet printer from being corroded.
II. Use and maintenance of the complete machine
1. As for the maintenance of the whole machine, it is mainly to ensure the cleanliness of the nozzle and the interior of the printer. Therefore, regular cleaning of the whole machine is a daily compulsory course for users. Due to the infection of dust and coding debris in the air, it can easily damage the precision main coding components of the printer, causing printer failures. Therefore, in addition to providing a good working environment, we must also develop the good habit of cleaning the inkjet printer regularly.
III. Maintenance of sprinkler heads
When cleaning, solvent is generally used to wipe the ink collection around the inkjet printer nozzle, and the ink collection around the nozzle protective cover and the internal sponge gasket. Never wipe the nozzle. The manual air pump should be lubricated frequently to maintain a good sliding condition. Remove deposited dust from the outside of the machine. Then use a soft brush, smooth dry cloth or alcohol cotton ball to clean the inside of the printer to wipe off all dust inside the machine.
Note: The main power supply to the machine must be turned off before cleaning.
