We all know that machines will have some problems. The same is true for UV inkjet printers. It is also composed of various parts. During use, a small number of customers will occasionally have some problems. For example, the UV inkjet printer that we want to summarize for you today. What should I do if the printer is incomplete when printing the content?
First of all, check whether the drawing lines of the UV inkjet printer are normal, and then start printing to determine whether the first effect is good.
Secondly, if a line is found to be missing in the first print content, it may be that the vertical and horizontal parallelism of the nozzle have not been adjusted well and the driving board is driven, or the nozzle itself is blocked. Therefore, you can use photographic paper to print the status chart of the nozzle, and observe with a magnifying glass whether it is the cause of the nozzle.
Secondly, if the first printing is normal and it is a missing line problem that occurs after a period of printing, you need to stop printing and start printing again after 1-2 minutes to see if there is still a missing line problem.
Secondly, if the problem of missing lines disappears after the nozzle of the UV inkjet printer is left standing, it is caused by insufficient ink supply.
Solutions to the insufficient ink supply of UV inkjet printers:
(1) Carry out bubble evacuation operation on the nozzle.
(2) Reset the negative pressure. It cannot be set too large. Set the negative pressure just enough to not hang ink.
(3) Replace the filter
(4) When the temperature is low, the sprinkler assembly needs to be heated.
Finally, if the UV inkjet printer occasionally has wire drawing during the printing process, it may be related to the surface of the material and the occasional interference received. The reason can be found from these two aspects.
