1. Based on product selection

For products with many coding content, such as QR codes, barcodes, and some also need to use pigment-based inks, so a relatively high-end machine type is needed.

Alternative solvents are generally just a simple addition of ink base materials, which is very harmful to the inkjet printer. Splitting differences will occur, the deflection force will be reduced, and the printed characters will be unstable. In serious cases, it will lead to failure to boot normally or even scrapping. When purchasing thinner, be sure to choose the original thinner provided by the manufacturer.
3. Cleaning solution. Used to clean the spray head and splashed ink. Inkjet printer suppliers will provide different models of cleaning solutions for different inks. The formula and process requirements of the cleaning solution are relatively simple. Users can choose the appropriate cleaning solution based on the base material of the machine ink used. It is recommended to choose the original cleaning solution provided by the inkjet printer manufacturer.
