As we all know, in the process of using inkjet printers, if daily maintenance is not timely and in place, various failures will easily occur, bringing a lot of inconvenience to production! Therefore, the daily maintenance and maintenance of the coding machine is a very important part. So, what aspects should we pay attention to in the daily maintenance of the inkjet printer?

1. Long-term shutdown of the inkjet printer

For any shutdown, no matter how long it takes, the booting and shutting down process should be completed in accordance with normal procedures. As long as the machine is turned on 2 - 3 times a week and the ink line is opened for 1 hour each time, it can be replaced through several short stops.

2. Regular inspection and maintenance of the inkjet printer

Check the ink level and solvent level regularly every day. When the level is too low, add it in time according to procedures. Ink-based inkjet printers should not be overfilled when adding ink. If the ink is too full, waste products will easily precipitate, which will affect the quality of coding. Please pay attention to replacing the ink cartridge when inserting the box with the ink chip into the corresponding model and position.

3. Handling and placement of the inkjet printer

In principle, only one ink coder can be placed on each production line to reduce machine failures caused by the handling and movement of the ink coder. If production needs and conditions permit, another ink coder can be used as an emergency backup.
