At this time, it is not only required that the printer consumables and accessories be free of damage, but also that machine failures need to be quickly solved so as not to affect production. Therefore, many large companies often have their own professional inkjet printer maintenance teams. Many experienced maintenance masters can quickly find out the problem with the inkjet printer, while it is difficult for some people with less experience to find out the cause at once.
Based on the basic knowledge we have learned about inkjet printers and inkjet printer consumables, we will explain to you how to find and solve problems if there is a problem with the machine during the process of using the inkjet printer.
1. High-voltage failure
Reason: The high-pressure sensor detects a high-pressure imbalance
Specific reasons:
1. Foreign matter touches the high-pressure deflection plate.
2. The high-pressure deflection plate is dirty.
3. The high-pressure sensor itself is too sensitive.
Solution:
1. Clean the high-pressure deflection plate, and then turn it on normally.
2. If high-voltage faults are frequently reported but the deflector plate is very clean, an engineer needs to come forward to solve them.
2. Recovery pipe failure
Reason: The recovery tube sensor did not detect ink flowing through the recovery tube.
Specific reasons:
1. The ink line is abnormal (no ink line is emitted at all, or the ink line is deviated).
2. The recovery pipeline is blocked.
3. The recovery sensor is damaged or not connected.
Solution:
1. Check the ink supply circuit. Clean nozzle plate, do ink line correction work.
2. The recovery pipe is blocked, and the blocking position of the recovery pipe can be checked in stages.
3. Check whether the sensor connector of the recovery pipe on the motherboard is not installed correctly.
3. Character defects
Reason: An ink dot fell on the edge of the recovery tube, causing ink to hang on the recovery tube.
Specific reasons:
1. Whether the ink line position is correct.
2. Whether the ink dot division is normal.
3. Whether the ink is normal (ink viscosity BFT, ink shelf life).
4. Whether the grounding of the inkjet printer is effective.
Solution:
1. Add diluent or replace ink
2. Check whether it is grounded and correct
4. Ink viscosity failure
Reason: The ink viscosity BFT value exceeds the standard. In some cases, the machine can be used normally. However, some checks must be done, otherwise it may not print properly after a period of use.
Specific reasons:
1. The current ink BFT value is greater than the ink BFT setting value. The ink viscosity is too high.
2. The current value of ink BFT is less than the setting value of ink BFT. Ink viscosity is too low.
Solution:
1. Check whether there is solvent in the solvent tank and check whether the solvent addition loop is normal.
2. Whether the power is turned on or off multiple times in a short period of time. If not, check whether the solvent addition loop is normal.
5. Charging failure
Reason:
1. There is ink on the charging tank.
2. Charging ink dot detection failure.
Solution:
1. Turn off the printer (including the power supply) and clean the charging tank. Remove the charging tank for cleaning if necessary. After cleaning thoroughly, wait until the charging tank is dry, and restart the machine.
2. Determine the viscosity and shelf life of the ink, and of course also depend on the quality of the ink. Then observe the split, check the ink path pressure, modulate the voltage, and make appropriate adjustments to make the split good.
