Domino's Ax350i series is divided into white ink printers and black ink printers. Because the inks used by these two printers are different, white ink is a pigment and black ink is a dye, which leads to the machine There are also differences in configuration. This article mainly introduces some correct operating procedures for these two types of inkjet printers when shutting down to ensure effective maintenance of inkjet printers.
Shutdown is first divided into two types: controllable shutdown and fast shutdown. Controlled shutdown is to shut down the inkjet printer in a controlled way.
1. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds;
2. The inkjet printer will be shut down after installing the following processes:
① A progress bar will be displayed on the screen;
② The green indicator light on the power button will start to flash;
③ The print head will run an automatic cleaning cycle to prevent ink from drying out and causing blockages in the inkjet nozzles and print head recovery tubes;
④ The inkjet printer will be shut down;
③ The red status light on the power button will light up to indicate that the printer is connected to the power supply;
3. If necessary, you can unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
The above are the operating steps for controllable shutdown.
Quick shutdown: Note that when operating a quick shutdown, the printer will be shut down immediately, but the cleaning process will not be completed. If your printer is idle for a long time, it will cause the ink to dry out and block the inkjet nozzles and recovery tubes. The printer needs to be restarted as soon as possible to prevent clogging of the nozzle and recovery tube.
Operation quick shutdown:
1. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds;
2. Now the printer will be installed and shut down in the following order:
① Shut down the printer immediately;
② The red status light on the power button will light up to indicate that the printer is connected to the power supply;
3. If necessary, you can unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.
The above are the operating steps for quick shutdown.

Let's continue to talk about the precautions for long-term shutdown. Let's first use the Domino black ink printer (dye type ink path system).
For Domino black ink printers, if they are shut down for a long time, the recommended preparation steps depend on the length of time the printer will be shut down, which is divided into 14 days.
If the printer is shut down within 14 days or less:
1. Cleaning agent needs to be used to clean the recovery tube to ensure that the recovery tube is cleaned thoroughly.
2. Then clean the print head according to the print head cleaning steps.
Step ends.
If the inkjet printer is turned off for more than 14 days, or needs to be stored, moved, or used infrequently, pay attention to the need to keep the ink path system sealed so that the inkjet printer remains in good condition when not in use.
1. Cleaning agent needs to be used to clean the recycling tube to ensure that the recycling tube is cleaned thoroughly;
2. Then clean the print head according to the print head cleaning steps;
3. Use a recovery tube cap to cover the recovery tube;
4. Replace the ink and solvent cartridges with clean empty ink cartridges;
5. Wipe the seal of the replaced box and store it for later use;
6. For Duo inkjet printers, cover the recycling tube with tape or similar items;
7. Disconnect the air supply provided by the factory (if installed).
Step ends.
For the Domino white ink printer (dye type ink path system), if it is shut down for a long time, what should be noted here is that because white ink is a dye and the ink composition is different, the time should be shorter. It is 7 days for white ink and 14 days for black ink. As for the cleaning steps of the inkjet printer, the steps of the black ink inkjet printer can be followed.
