There are many types of inkjet printers on the market. Different types of machines will have various failures during the application process, the most common of which is garbled code. During the use of the inkjet printer, garbled codes often occur. So how should we deal with this situation? Below, Xiaobian will give you a brief introduction.

Causes of code scrambling on the inkjet printer:
1. The ink road is blocked. If the ink in the nozzle runs out or is blocked by something else, ink droplets will not flow out of the ink cartridge normally, resulting in garbled code. This situation usually occurs on new machines, because the new ink cartridges and pipes are new and can easily become clogged. If it is an old machine, you can replace it with a clean ink cartridge and then clean the pipes.
2. The oil circuit is blocked. Adding some engine oil or gear oil to the oil pump may cause the oil pump to fail to absorb it. In this case, it is necessary to disassemble the oil pump, clean up the impurities inside, and then reassemble it.
3. The solenoid valve is damaged. The solenoid valve is a component that controls the action of the spray head. If there is a problem with it, it will also cause it to fail to work.
4. The pressure is abnormal. If the pressure is not adjusted properly, it will cause excessive pressure during printing, and garbled codes will appear. Therefore, before using, be sure to check whether the pressure of the embossing is within the normal range.
Solution:
1. Cleaning. First of all, check to see if it is caused by a blocked pipe. If it is, clean it up in time and then install it back to avoid failure again. The second is to check whether it is caused by pollution of the oil circuit. If it is, it needs to be cleaned in time and then installed back. After that, check to see if there is a problem with the solenoid valve. If so, timely repair or replacement is needed.
2. Adjustment. For machines that have been in use for a long time and have not been maintained, it is likely that these reasons are the reasons mentioned above. At this time, we can simply debug them and see if we can solve them. For example: reducing the pressure of the embossing; increasing the return port; increasing the flow of air supply, etc.
3. Change the parts. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, you can only choose to replace it. Of course, this operation is more troublesome and costly. However, just in case, I recommend that you not try it casually.
