The consumable specifications of Markemas 2200 labeling machine:

1. Label format requirements:

WC diameter 76 mm

WR maximum diameter 350 mm

G Gap width 3 mm

As required, the label gap must have a minimum spacing of 3 mm. If the spacing is less than this value, it is easy to cause "continuous labeling at one print","adhesion of upper and lower labels", and "smooth peeling of labels" during the use of the Markon Imas labeller."and other phenomena that affect the normal printing production of the labeling machine.

At the same time, the light transmittance of the label should be less than 10%, and the light transmittance of the backing paper should be higher than 50%. Otherwise, it will easily cause sensor detection errors, and the distance traveled by the label cannot be correctly controlled, resulting in instability in the marking position.

According to the requirements of the labeling machine, the inner carbon ribbon is used. The carbon inside and outside the ribbon will affect the installation specifications of the ribbon. The ribbon installed not in accordance with the specifications may cause abnormalities such as "abnormal ribbon tension" and "wrinkling of the ribbon", and the opposite carbon surface can easily install the ribbon upside down. The carbon surface inward causes damage to the print head.
