The application and development of high-resolution inkjet printer technology is gradually penetrating into every corner, especially in industrial products, its application scope is becoming more and more extensive, and the complexity of application has greatly increased, making labeling an indispensable part of production quality management in various industries.

The ink cartridge of the high-resolution inkjet printer is an integral part of its normal printing. If the ink cartridge is properly maintained and stored, many faults will be reduced during printing. There are some matters to pay attention to when storing ink cartridges, which are described below.

Short-term storage method (1 - 2 days):

a) Continue to install it on the printing machine without removing it, and can be covered with a protective cover or not;

b) Wipe and clean the ink cartridge before next use.

Long-term storage method (greater than 3 days):

a) If the printing device has a protective cover, cover the printing cartridge with a protective cover;

b) Store the ink cartridge in a damp, airtight device with a damp cloth or sponge to prevent the ink cartridge from drying out;

c) The device for storing ink cartridges must be highly sealed;

d) Wipe and clean the ink cartridge before next use.
